Koha provides a platform that connects customers with salons and service providers. The Service includes:

• Appointment booking and management for customers
• Business management tools for salon owners (Koha Business)
• Communication features between customers and salons
• Payment processing through third-party providers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

4.1 Appointments

By booking an appointment through Koha, you agree to attend the appointment or cancel it according to the salon's cancellation policy.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Each salon may set their own cancellation policy. You are required to comply with the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings. Koha may charge service fees, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm a booking.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or salon staff
• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Koha and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Koha acts as a platform connecting customers with salons. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons or for any disputes between users and salon providers. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
